San Mateo-based Sares Regis Group of Northern California’s residential development division has announced two promotions within its team. Matt Chin has been promoted to senior vice president for his work on land acquisitions and debt and equity financings, while Chris DeHaan has earned the new role of assistant vice president for his leadership in the development and completion of two separate Peninsula projects.
