Food Donation to CSM-Veterans Resource & Opportunity Center

Ladies of American Legion Post 105 Family donated school supplies and purchased $580 worth of food to stock College of San Mateo Veterans Resource & Opportunity Center’s (VROC) pantry. Accepting the donation is VROC’s Program Service Coordinator Marcos Baluyut-Hand. The Foster City community also donated a large quantity of toiletries and first aid supplies for the Center to create care kits for their veteran students. The Center provides computer access, study hall, kitchenette, and a small lounge area for students to socialize and network with fellow veterans.
