Whisper is a cute adult male ringneck dove looking for his forever home. He’d be great for a first-time dove family. He would love to be in a large flight cage so he can stretch his wings. Whisper is full of personality and unapologetically himself. Other birds find this to be a bit much, so Whisper would do best by himself. All he needs is the love and attention of his humans.
