Burlingame 75, Mills 39
The Panthers (15-8) drilled 11 3-pointers to get back in the win column in a non-league home game against Mills (8-13). Senior Jean-Luc Uharriet and freshman Noah Edling led the long-range spree with three 3s apiece.
Four Panthers scored in double figures, including Uharriet, Edling and junior Dylan Black, with 11 points apiece. Sophomore big man Lucca Maher led the way with 16 points, including 2 for 3 from long range, and a 6-for-7 clip from the free-throw line. Maher and Black each grabbed five rebounds to share the team-high.

Menlo School (11-10) rallied for a 56-48 win at International-SF (13-12), overcoming a 32-28 halftime deficit.
Girls’ basketball
Mills 50, Burlingame 25
The Lady Vikings (10-12) got back in the win column with a trip down the road for non-league play with Burlingame (10-12). Senior Amaya Moore enjoyed a big first quarter, scoring 10 of her team-high 12 points through the opening eight minutes. Nine different Mills players got on the scorecard, with junior Alyssa Penas adding six points. The Panthers were led by senior Haleh Ansari’s game-high 13 points.

Aragon (12-9) rolled to its seventh straight win 42-31 in non-league action at Presentation-San Jose (4-14).

Jefferson 51, Terra Nova 43
The Grizzlies (1-9 PAL Bay, 7-15 overall) rallied in overtime to earn their first league win of the season at home against Terra Nova (1-9, 8-14). Jefferson led 34-27 heading into the fourth quarter, but the Tigers finished regulation on a 14-7 run to force the extra period. Senior John Antonio led the Grizzlies with a game-high 15 points, while senior Jayden Peralta scored 14. Senior Kai Gieraths paced Terra Nova with 13 points, and senior Jonathan Martins added 12.
Sequoia 52, Burlingame 47
The Ravens (4-6 PAL Bay, 10-12 overall) rallied in the fourth quarter to win at home against Burlingame (6-5, 14-8). Sequoia trailed 37-35 after three quarters of play, but finished on a 17-10 run, fueled by seniors Nick Henderson and Isaiah Hahn Tapper, who shared the game-high with 15 points apiece, while sophomore Xavier Ferretty added 10. Burlingame was led by junior David Parrot with 13 points, while sophomore Lucca Maher scored 11.
Mills 39, Westmoor 29
The Vikings (6-4 PAL Ocean, 8-12 overall) overcame an 18-8 halftime deficit on their home court, outscoring Westmoor 17-6 in the third quarter. Junior guard Jacob Lo paced Mills with 13 points, while senior Kendrick Choi hit three 3-pointers to score nine points. Westmoor (2-8, 7-15) was led by senior Austin Prado with 10 points.
Capuchino 53, Oceana 41
Javier Carter netted 15 points to led the Mustangs (4-6 PAL Ocean, 9-13 overall) to the win at home over Oceana (0-10, 5-17). Nine different Cap players scored in the game, including Matthew Alas, Isaiah Pogue and Erick Velazquez-Diaz with eight points apiece. Oceana senior Cristian Cabrera scored a game-high 16 points.
Aragon 53, San Mateo 42
The Dons (9-1 PAL Ocean, 17-5 overall) kept pace with Hillsdale atop the PAL Ocean Division standings with the crosstown win at San Mateo (2-8, 9-13). Senior point guard Kaleb Brodeth led the way with 14 points, while junior Qinrun Zhang added 11. San Mateo senior Grant Wolfgramm netted a game-high 16 points.
Hillsdale 43, South City 32
The Fighting Knights (9-1 PAL Ocean, 12-10) remain tied for first place with Aragon in the PAL Ocean Division standings with the win at South City (4-6, 8-13). Senior center Callum North led Hillsdale with 12 points, while South City big man Thomas Miller scored a team-high eight points.

King’s Academy 78, Menlo School 68
Menlo (2-5 WBAL, 10-10) saw a 55-49 lead heading into the fourth quarter slip away on its home court against first place King’s Academy (7-0, 18-3). Ethan Zhao paced Menlo with 19 points, senior Evan Arcilla hit four 3-pointers to score 16, and junior Will Lenihan added 15. TKA’s Xavier Barnett led all scorers with 20 points, while Claxton Ladine added 19.

Half Moon Bay 57, Carlmont 39
Senior center Zoey Lemoge scored a game-high 18 points and the Cougars (8-2 PAL Bay, 16-5 overall) kept pace atop the PAL Bay Division standings with Menlo-Atherton with the win at Carlmont (3-8, 12-11). Makena Glynn and Xochitl Nieves combined for four 3-points for HMB. Tia Helmy and London Greene paced Carlmont with eight points apiece.
Hillsdale 41, Mills 24
Senior forward Daniella Sierra connected for two 3s and shot 3 for 4 from the free-throw line to score a game-high 13 points to lead the Lady Knights (6-5 PAL Bay, 15-7 overall) to the win at Mills (3-7, 9-12). Senior guard Kiara Nitao added seven points for Hillsdale. Mills was led by senior guard Jacelyn Lam with five points.
Capuchino 44, El Camino 36
The Lady Mustangs (10-0 PAL Ocean, 17-2 overall) traded 3s with El Camino all night, are claimed the home win to clinch no less than a share of the PAL Ocean Division championship. Cap hit eight 3-pointers in the game, including three by senior Kaitlyn Staf to score a team-high 11 points. El Camino sophomore Isabella Fernandez connected for three 3s of her own to net a game-high 19 points.
Woodside 44, South City 43
The Wildcats (8-2 PAL Ocean, 15-6 overall) held off a late rally to earn the win at South City (5-5, 12-10). Woodside led 38-28 heading into the fourth quarter, but saw the Warriors close on a 15-6 run. Sophomore Meadow Long and freshman Anni Bouman scored a team-high 10 points for the Wildcats, while sophomore Lyla Rich hit three 3-pointers to add nine points. South City junior Kylee Chiva scored a game-high 17 pints.
Terra Nova 52, Westmoor 38
Junior guard Reese Kelley totaled a game-high 18 points to led the Tigers (6-4 PAL Ocean, 10-9 overall) to a key win at Westmoor (4-6, 9-13). With the win, Terra Nova clinches no worse than a .500 record in league and CCS playoff berth. Senior Gabby Dyogi added nine points for the Tigers. Westmoor was led by senior Kiana Chavez’s 12 points, freshman Jada Monroy’s added 11 points, and senior Cassie Bucciarelli had 10.
Sequoia 42, Burlingame 39
The Ravens (5-5 PAL Ocean, 11-10 overall) caught Burlingame for fourth place in the PAL Ocean Division with a home victory over the Panthers (5-5, 10-11). Junior Chloe Chevillet and sophomore Presley Ackerhalt scored a team-high 10 points apiece for Sequoia. Burlingame senior Kendall Gorshen led all scored with 11 points.
Jefferson 60, Oceana 11
Aailyah Hall scored a game-high 16 points as the Grizzlies (3-7 PAL Ocean, 10-11 overall) rolled to the home win over Oceana (0-10, 0-16). Roxanne Taguiam and Leslie Clark added 10 points apiece for Jeff. Nicole Yu-Huan led the Sharks with six points.
Sacred Heart Prep 68, Eastside Prep 22
Senior Kate Baron scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Gators (7-0 WBAL Foothill, 11-7 overall) to a lopsided win at Eastside College Prep (1-6, 8-9). Freshman Bella Jansen-Olliges added 17 points for SHP, while senior Gianna Camus and sophomore Jocelyn Jones scored seven apiece. Seniors Vassidy Allen and Anyrah Green Frazier scored seven points apiece for the Panthers.
Design Tech 59, Hillbrook 38
Senior Vanessa Chow capped a big week with a game-high 28 points to lead the Dragons (10-6) to a non-league win at Hillbrook-San Jose. Senior Tiffany Ta and junior Eve Castle added 11 points apiece for Design Tech, while sophomore Jasmine Mack grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.
