The 2026 President of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS (SAMCAR), Linda Crose-Andersen, and Board of Directors (President-Elect  Diane Wilson, Region 25 Chair & Immediate Past President Frank Vella, Treasurer Diane Viviani, and Directors Jessica Eva, Jesse D. Gutierrez, Jeff LaMont, Moises Pelayo, Judy Taylor, Michael G. Verdone, and David Zigal) were ceremonially sworn into their term by Installation Officer, 2026 California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.) President Tamara Suminski, at SAMCAR’s 2026 Installation on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the Oceano Hotel in Half Moon Bay. Also honored were SAMCAR’s Past Presidents, Outgoing Directors and Committee Chairs, and award winners for 2025 REALTOR of the Year (Lee Ginsburg), Affiliate of the Year (Shannon Wischer), Community Service Award (Maria Schuster-Rodriguez), and Homeowner Hero Award (Lisa Diaz Nash, Councilmember, City of San Mateo), with photography provided by Scott Bushcman.
