I have followed the articles and discussion regarding the proposed recovery center. Specifically the 69-bed Horizon Treatment Services Facility that would support those battling addiction.

Thanks for your letter, Ms. Stone. You conclude that, “It makes me wonder if we have lost a sense of humanity.” Please remind us of how many communities embrace humanity and have volunteered to place a recovery center in their backyard. Are there any? I haven't heard of any so I guess we all have lost our humanity?
