A trial date has been set for June 20 in the case against a woman accused of administering a fatal cosmetic procedure to a woman who was famous online for being a Kim Kardashian look-alike, San Mateo County Chief Deputy District Attorney Shin-Mee Chang said.
Vivian Gomez, 50, is charged with felony involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license resulting in death. Gomez didn’t take the DA’s Office’s plea deal offer of seven years in prison at maximum, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said previously.
