SB 50 is about building housing, not furthering climate change denialism, and addressing decades of mismanagement from myopic leadership by politicians who do not care about tommorow and did not plan yesterday for today.
SB 50 is about building market rate housing, not affordable housing and lining the pockets of developers, construction trade unions, Realtors, and the campaign coffers of the politicians supporting this bill.
