San Mateo County Pride Center

The San Mateo County Pride Center held a Grand Reopening Party Friday, March 24. The Pride Center, located near downtown San Mateo, had been closed for three years. The event was an opportunity to see the newly decorated space, learn about the Pride Center programs and meet the staff. Lalo Gonzalez, LGBTQ Commission co-chair; Amourence Lee, mayor of San Mateo; Dana Johnson, San Mateo County LGBTQ Commissioner; County Supervisor Dave Pine; and Manang, a local drag queen, at the reopening event.
