To really understand the whole mess in San Mateo County, you have to start with the overtime logs. Or maybe it was the urinating puppy. Or perhaps it was the $1,200 boots.

San Mateo County Sheriff Christina Corpus is facing removal by the Board of Supervisors after a cascade of allegations — some scandalous, some concerning, some just plain odd — portrayed a chaotic picture of her two years and three months in office.

Let the Voters decide our Sheriff and County's fate.

Also, I feel that we the Voters in San Mateo County are the only persons who have the right to remove Sheriff Corpus from office not the elected officials in the County. I have been Voting in our County for over 50+ years.

Why is it so important by our current Elected Officials to remove Sheriff Corpus now when they did not do their due diligence, when it came to the corruption of Sheriff Munk and (Batman) Sheriff Bolanos?

I also feel that it is very important that any elected official who has ever received campaign donations from the Law Enforcement Unions and or members, RECUSE themselves from voting on this matter.
