As small as it may seem, this action from our courts the removal of Trump’s name from the Kennedy Center shows our president that the Constitution is the rule of our laws and must be obeyed. Congress and the courts from this point on must make it perfectly clear to the president that he must ask permission before and not after he decides to do things on his own that requires congress’s approval. It’s time Congress on both sides understand that they have the power and not the other way around. It’s time.
