In her guest perspective, “Silicon Valley companies and the traffic solution” in the June 12 edition of the Daily Journal, Anna Kuhre is right on (SV and traffic solution) with alternate work schedules. As county controller, my staff of 43 had more than 30 work schedules and got their work done.
They loved the family flexibility as well as the easier commutes.
