A 28-year-old man accidentally shot himself inside a vehicle parked at Linda Mar Beach Sunday evening, according to the Pacifica Police Department.
At about 6:32 p.m. July 19, Pacifica police officers and North County Fire Authority personnel were called to the area on the report of a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they spotted the man, formerly of Washington state, who was taken by ambulance to the hospital. There were no other occupants of the vehicle, according to police.
