You’re invited to Picnic en Blanc, a magical night outdoors and under the stars! Picnic en Blanc is the Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation's signature annual fun-raiser – an unforgettable evening of community, live music, dancing, and giving back.Â
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Picnic en Blanc is our festive, pop-up picnic and dance party for guests 21+. It's a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces and connect with new friends.Â
WHY IT MATTERS - A FUNDRAISER FOR A COMMUNITY NEED:
Picnic en Blanc is more than just a party, it's a fun-raiser for a community need. The Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit. This year's fundraising supports youth programs offered by the City of Redwood City Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department.Â
EVENT DATE/TIME/LOCATION:
Saturday, August 15, 6:00pm-10:00pm Location: A secret outdoor location  – revealed to ticket holders 48 hours in advance. Picnic en Blanc begins at 6:00pm with your picnic dinner, lawn games we set up, and socializing with friends, old and new. The E-Ticket Dance Band, will play a 2-hour set from 8:00pm-10:00pm.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:Â
The decorated venue, tables and chairs, lawn games, photo booth, a stage, live music, and a cash bar.*
ADVANCE PURCHASE REQUIRED:
Space is limited. Admission must be purchased in advance by Monday, August 10.Â
