Ukraine has launched over 400 drones toward Moscow, according to the city's mayor. The attack comes after Russia bombarded Kyiv and other cities with ballistic missiles. Moscow's mayor reported that most drones were intercepted, but some caused injuries and damage. Ukraine's evolving drone technology poses challenges for Russia. Russia, though, has increased its use of ballistic missiles, targeting Ukraine's air defenses and infrastructure. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is holding talks to address a domestic political crisis after a government reshuffle dismissing the popular defense minister, which has sparked protests. Ukraine said a cargo vessel was hit Sunday by Russian forces after sailing from Odesa, killing 10 of its crew, including five sailors from Syria.
