Junior is a 2-year-old international, cultured gentleman. He descends from a long line of distinguished ancestors of seven different breeds. You may have spotted the heavy American Staffordshire terrier in him, but who would have guessed he has a 3% combination of toy and miniature poodle in him, plus 3% Chihuahua? Mix in a little Australian cattle dog and Chinese shar-pei, and you can see why people find Junior to be such an interesting and multifaceted fellow. This guy is full of energy and smart as can be. Are you his match? Besides the typical things well-behaved dogs know, like sit, he is an expert at nose work. He can track with total absorption and focus — and then always find — the hidden special scent objects his trainers place in the best hiding spots. Junior is part of an April adoption special including reduced $25 adoption fees, $140 Pet Food Express merchandise card, free six-week training series, and a complimentary spring gift basket filled with goodies. Stop by Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA to meet Junior ID# A953695 or call (650) 340-7022 with questions. Visit www.phs-spca.org for more information.
