Where are the communist meetings these days?

Keep mocking and hiding your head in the sand. Not my party. Odd to deny the far left DSA influence that is getting radicals elected. They call it "Democratic Socialism" but are explicit about replacing our capitalism system. Look up the DSA platform. "Communist wing" may be a slight exaggeration but it is no more hyperbole than those who scream that Trump is a fascist (a claim for which there is much less evidence.) Some examples:

-Though Zoran Mandami claims not to be a Communist he did state in a speech that the end goal is "seizing the means of production"

-"Influencer" Hasan Piker recently spoke to a College Democrat convention dressed as Chairman Mao who he says he "greatly admires"

-Liberal CNN commentator Van Jones recently made headlines for criticizing the far left wing of the Democrat Party, saying it has gone too far in some of the more crazy ideas, saying: “Supporting Hamas is not progressive. ‘No police, no prisons, no borders’ is not progressive. Celebrating the murder of Israeli civilians is not progressive. These ideas are REGRESSIVE,”

Steve - "emerging communist wing" is the ultra left DSA, it uses the Dem party to further its cause. Notice that the DSA leaders are all multi-millionaires themselves but somehow have convinced hysterical white women and hen-pecked men that they need protection from capitalism. You may be flippant but the DSA is not a constructive political development.
