The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting Wednesday, Aug. 7, to continue its discussion of placing a possible ballot measure before voters in November.
Before the board will be a resolution calling for a ballot measure that, if passed by voters in the Nov. 5 election, would allow of San Mateo County, under Article 34 of the California Constitution, to annually develop, construct or acquire low-income housing in both the unincorporated and incorporated areas of the county.
The board held a special meeting July 22 on the same matter but continued the matter to allow more time for outreach.
The upcoming meeting will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, and held both virtually and in person in Board Chambers, 400 County Center, Redwood City.
