U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly is being threatened with rank demotion and reduction of retirement salary for reiterating what is stated in the Uniform code of Military Justice. You do not have to follow an illegal order.

Hegseth’s promise to stop drinking if he gets the job, sounds like a child promising to stop crying if he/she gets an ice cream!

Thanks for your letter, Mr. Langridge, but I have a few questions… Why would Mr. Kelly bring up this issue now? Did Mr. Kelly bring up the issue before Obama targeted and succeeded in killing American citizens with drone strikes? Wasn’t that an illegal order? Mr. Kelly made his bed and he must continue to lie in it, no matter how it turns out. Whether you agree with it or not matters not. And your claimed status of being a Marine combat vet matters not. I know many of your fellow vets don’t feel the same way as you and they’re supportive of any consequences Mr. Kelly will face. BTW, if you’re so fired up, why don’t you rejoin the military and make your free speech voice known to Hegseth. Report back to us and let us know what happens. Thank you in advance.

The trouble is that Trump must promote only incompetent zeros to make sure that no one outshines himself. That’s why he digs so deep into the mud that he finds someone as incompetent as Hegseth.
