Three new alleged victims have been added to a case against a Peninsula massage therapist who is accused of sexual battery against clients, San Mateo County Deputy District Attorney Shin-Mee Chang said.
San Bruno resident Enli Fang, 72, who worked at massage parlors in San Carlos and Millbrae, is now accused of three counts of felony sexual battery, three counts of misdemeanor sexual battery, one count of elder abuse and one count of sexual penetration by a foreign object against seven total alleged victims, Chang said.
The alleged incidents occurred between 2021-26, Chang said, and include Feng allegedly touching the genitalia of his clients and, in one case, allegedly putting his own genitalia in the hand of a client, per the DA’s Office.
A preliminary hearing in the case has been set for Sept. 8. Feng is currently in custody on a $130,000 bail, the DA’s Office said.
