Warner brings more than 15 years of municipal experience in recreation and community services. Warner is currently the recreation manager for the city of Rohnert Park and formerly served in an interim capacity as acting director of Community Services. Her background spans roles in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Signal Hill and Long Beach. She has overseen a wide range of programs including youth sports, senior services, large-scale community events and inclusive recreation initiatives.
Redwood City’s Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department oversees more than 30 parks and open spaces, multiple community centers, and a wide range of programs and events that promote health, connection and lifelong learning. Warner holds a Master of Science in recreation administration and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, Long Beach. She currently serves as chair of the California Park and Recreation Society’s JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Counsel and is recognized across the state for her commitment to inclusive practices and community-centered leadership.
