Syria has just assumed the rotating presidency of a United Nations related organization called the U.N. Conference on Disarmament, an organization that reports to the U.N. Assembly on monitoring chemical weapons. This is the same regime that has maimed thousands of its own citizens with sarin gas. If we need any more proof of the moral bankruptcy of the United Nations, please have your readers explain what it would be.
