How the Journal in good conscious recommend Bolanos for Sheriff is beyond me. He was caught in operation Doll House in Las Vegas frequenting a house of prostitution.
I'm with Glenn, how in good consciousness could they turn a blind eye (or claim "it was 10 years ago so irrelevant"-which is bogus) to the fact that it was a brothel run by men forcing the women (and a child) into slavery.
Article after article has gotten caught up on the was he inside/outside argument.
That's an irrelevant excuse and deterrent from the reality that this guy was detained by the FBI. It made national news and was laid out well by Las Vegas Metro PD. His credibility and integrity is black marked and he should not be a top law enforcement official at all.
Theres plenty of other news out there showing how over the last several years Bolanos as a leader has continued to fail the people of this county and his own line staff.
