A San Bruno woman was arrested after a stolen firearm was brandished during a fight at a Millbrae park, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said.
Aemilia A. Harper, 18, was taken into custody on Tuesday after the incident in Green Hills Park, deputies said Thursday. She was accused of assault with a firearm and other weapons-related charges.
Deputies who were dispatched to the park on reports of a fight said they learned a suspect brandished and pointed a loaded firearm at multiple people. Harper was located nearby and taken into custody without incident.
Deputies recovered the firearm, which had been reported stolen in San Francisco, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
