Class Notes: St. Timothy Catholic School organize Project Pillowcase
St. Timothy Catholic School teaches students to embody the values of L.I.G.H.T; Loving Christian, Innovative Learner, Giving Citizen, Humble Student, and Thoughtful Communicator. Parent volunteers organized Project Pillowcase, an Operation Gratitude service project that truly demonstrates what it means to be a Giving Citizen. Over the span of two weeks, 162 pillowcases were decorated, each designed with supportive drawings and messages for our troops. In the true spirit of the St. Tim’s community, the older students helped the younger kids complete their designs. The pillowcases were sent to Operation Gratitude and distributed into care packages before being sent to troops overseas.
