San Mateo-based Sares Regis Group of Northern California is continuing the expansion of its Commercial Division with multiple new hires. The Bay Area’s leading real estate developer has hired Yuning Pathman and Joseph Almirantearena as assistant vice presidents, while Eric Tecza has joined in the role of senior project manager. They will all drive the development of a number of high-profile projects in the southern Peninsula. Pathman is assigned to the development of Adobe’s new, 650,000-square-foot campus in San Jose. Almirantearena will be dedicated to the completion of a number of corporate projects in Sunnyvale. Tecza will work on projects for Guidewire Software in San Mateo and Los Altos Community Investments.
