Editor,

Per DJ’s July 20-21 article “County eyes housing measure,” corrupt San Mateo County is at it again. The supervisors are devising a tricky way to get us to give up our constitutional Article 34 voting rights.

Well written, Laura and Ken Smith. Even if this attempted coup of voting rights passes, expect it to be challenged in court. Instead of working with local citizens, San Mateo County is attempting to do an end around. Remember this during our next election periods otherwise expect to see this housing measure over and over and over.
