President Trump just gave another speech threatening Iran. Of course, Iran has been fighting back ever since the U.S.-Israeli attack on its sovereignty, and Iran has inflicted damage to U.S. bases in the area as well as to Israel and the Gulf States.
The theme of the latest speech was to “bomb Iran back to the Stone Ages.” Accordingly, President Trump threatened to blow up Iran’s bridges and power plants. Surely, most Trump administration officials know that attacking civilian targets is a war crime. But they are too afraid to remind the president of this inconvenient fact. Perhaps when the International Court of Justice issues an arrest warrant for President Trump and Department of “War” Secretary Hegseth, if will finally sink in.
And let’s not forget that Iran can also target Israel’s water distillation and power plants. What then? Will the United States furnish Israel with water?
Hilarious. Hey Mr. Dorshkind, thanks for the latest Democrat talking points. If you can verify some bridges and power plants in Iran are built solely for military and not civilian use, you may have a point. But if the military uses anything, whether it be bridges, road, power plants, etc. then they’re considered military targets, as many presidents before Trump have targeted. BTW, we can easily refuse to recognize the authority of the International Court of Justice. And don’t you think that if Iran could target Israel’s water distillation and power plants, they would? After all, they’re attacking neighbors who didn’t initially take a side. Next argument to be debunked, please.
