Issues with Immigration

Cpl. Singh was living the American dream. He worked hard to improve himself, and he became a police officer. By the way, Cpl. Singh was a legal immigrant. There are many illegal immigrants in our local communities. Most are hard-working good people. They are unlike the criminal who murdered Cpl. Singh. There is a clear and present danger. Here’s another case of a criminal alien murdering yet another innocent.

The main purpose of our government is to protect us. But there are serious problems. When law enforcement arrest a convicted, criminal alien they are prohibited by law from contacting ICE. The murderer should not have been here. In addition, Mexico will not allow a convicted murderer into their country, because their job is to protect their citizens; that’s irony. No matter what happens in cases like this, the taxpayers will ultimately foot the bill for this guy.

The immigration issue is complex. I can be in favor of the hard working, good people that happen to be here “illegally, and at the same time say our communities are at risk. Last week I wasn’t in favor of the wall, but this along with all the other serious crimes perpetrated by criminal-illegal-aliens has made me change my mind. I think the value of the lives lost to criminal aliens is a scandal. I think CLP. Singh’s life was priceless.
