Sean Edward Murphy, aged 58, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home in Redwood City, CA on Tuesday, November 17. Born in Toledo, OH, Sean was the cherished son of Mr. and Mrs. James Murphy of Greenwich, CT where he spent his early adult years.

Sean carved out a notable career as a fixed income sales executive, contributing his expertise to prestigious Wall Street firms including Merrill Lynch, UBS, Knight Capital, and most recently, Messirow Finance. His academic journey was equally distinguished, beginning at Maumee Valley Country Day School in Toledo, and North Shore Country Day School in Winnetka, IL. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rollins College, furthered his education at the American School in Paris, and completed an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
