Linda Rossi Small, late resident of Burlingame for 45 years, entered into rest in San Mateo on September 28, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Small for 42 years. Devoted daughter of the late Oliviero and Julia Rossi. Dear sister of Julie Ciardella. Cherished aunt of Lia Vincenzi (Dan) and Kimberly Ciardella-Gaub (Mike) and great aunt to Luca, Liliana, Mia, and Sofia and neighbor of loyal friend Rosemarie Lashkoff.

A native of San Francisco California, age 80 years. From a young age, Linda showed interest in the scientific field of hematology. Her career aspirations took her to Northwestern University, MN, where she earned her degree as a laboratory technician, a field she worked in for 30 years. Linda was also social and active in her community. Linda was a member of the Italian Woman’s Guild, Italian Catholic Federation, and Peninsula Social Club. Linda and Ron loved to travel enjoying many cruises throughout their life together.
