High-tech executives are spending millions of dollars lobbying the Congress to block any state legislations from regulating artificial intelligence. A super PAC called, Leading the Future, with an initial funding of $100 million from major AI investors is targeting state representatives who propose legislation to regulate AI. Build American AI, an advocacy group launched a $10 million campaign to prevent states from regulating AI.

Thanks for your letter, K. Sathya, but IMO the toothpaste is out of the tube, similar to tobacco. One can attempt to minimize dangers but ultimately, it will be up to the user (or their parents/guardians/babysitter) to educate themselves or their charges. Good luck out there.
