Some of the 127 guns stolen from a Millbrae storage locker last month turned up during a drug bust in San Francisco last week.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives confirmed yesterday that four, possibly five, guns found at a home in the Sunnyside district of San Francisco came from Millbrae storage locker.
Police reported that Robert Guay, 55, faces drug and gun charges after the raid at 278 Staples Ave. that yielded 27 guns.
Authorities are trying to determine what agency will prosecute Guay. The United States District Attorney, the ATF and San Francisco Police Department are currently reviewing the case, said FBI spokeswoman Marti McKee.
However, it's unclear if the man is responsible for the theft or purchased them from someone else.

"We are very much aggressively pursuing leads in the case of the Millbrae theft," McKee said.
As first reported in the Daily Journal Aug. 26, gun broker Ken Doolittle reported the missing guns to Millbrae Police Aug. 19 and told police he had not visited the storage locker since Dec. 6, 2001. At some point in the last three years, thieves cut the locks of a locker at Annie's Attic on Adrian Road, took the guns valued at $100,000 and replaced the broken locks before leaving.
Doolittle kept records of all the guns and serial numbers, making it easy for the guns to be traced once they are found.
