The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors will recognize Pat Brown, executive director of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center; Elizabeth Gheleta, executive director of the Service League; and Katy Rhoades, former commissioner, San Mateo County Commission on Disabilities for their outstanding public service. They have been nominated for a Jefferson Award for Public Service, which is a national program to enhance civic engagement.
