Burlingame-based lawyers, Niall McCarthy and Justin Berger received the 2019 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Award from the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal.
McCarthy and Berger were honored with the CLAY Award for securing a $102 million settlement with oil company BP, days before a month-long trial in the whistleblower case was set to begin. Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP are trial lawyers experienced in state and federal false claims matters, antitrust law, securities actions, employment law, consumer class actions, and personal injury cases, among other practice areas.
