In the March 25 edition, John Horgan lauded the legendary Harry’s Hofbrau in Redwood City, and rightly so, as a quasi-museum. I also wanted to mention Redwood City’s Canyon Inn, which is also a quasi-museum, mostly of local and legendary sports teams: The San Francisco 49ers and the SF Giants. PLUS: Canyon Inn has been around for more than 40 years and serves up great burgers, fries and casual food. Here’s to two legendary restaurants in Redwood City.
