We have had limited choices to elect a governor. The last few were shoo-ins and pushed by the Dem machine and they have left us with a state that is in turmoil. Large corporations, the pride of our economy and a significant source of our wealth and economic position, are leaving in droves. We read daily that yet another few thousand are losing their well-paying jobs and with that the social status and the residual economic benefits that they conferred onto our once promising communities. Not all is lost, but the deterioration is throwing a cloud over our now increasingly difficult to maintain optimism.
I am dismayed that our state cannot forward more candidates with visions who can turn our sinking ship from going under. Not one of the Dem candidates has declared a different course from the Newsom disaster, while hoping to get his endorsement. We are faced with an obnoxious Porter, Steyer who thinks he can buy the election and the others are washed up, has-beens, who offer no viable solutions other than soaking California with more guilt, taxes and the status quo.
There is one candidate left who can get us back on course. Hilton is a weathered political advisor, supported by veteran political outsiders. Hilton has committed to appropriate cooperation with the U.S. Congress instead of blocking overdue scrutiny. Hilton is not supported by the economy-destroying labor unions and others who are bent on removing our incentives to excel. Please vote Hilton.
