What a shame that two city councilmembers are being recalled in Millbrae. What a shame that some of the Millbrae community are blocking efforts to provide housing for homeless families and seniors. To quote Mahatma Gandhi, “The true measure of any society can be found how it treats its most vulnerable members.”
Ms. Stone, to quote Mahatma Gandhi, “The true measure of any society can be found how it treats its most vulnerable members.” So why don’t these two councilmembers, or you, or anyone supporting them, offer to house some of these homeless families and seniors? Imagine if they did, perhaps they wouldn’t need to burden Millbrae with a homeless hotel while also depriving Millbrae of a source of revenue.
