Jack Lee Van Sweden, age 78, of San Mateo passed away peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2025, with his family by his side. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Sneider & Sullivan & O’Connell’s Funeral Home, 977 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Peninsula Volunteers Inc.
