Local leaders celebrated the 10-year anniversary of Genentech’s Futurelab STEM education partnership with South San Francisco Unified School District Oct. 17. This partnership has ensured over 85% of SSF elementary students now receive high-quality science instruction, awarded $4.5 million in scholarships, and is built on 85,000 hours of volunteer mentorship.
