Earl W. Bagby, 83 passed away on January 7, 2025. Born in San Francisco and grew up in Hillsborough, CA, he was one of the original home owners in Foster City where he lived with his beautiful wife, Debbie for over 62 years. He enjoyed relaxing on his Duffy Boat, and cheering for the 49ers, Giants and Warriors. His favorite past time was spent with his family, and being the best husband, father and Papa. He is survived by this wife, Debbie, son David (Virgia) Bagby, daughter, Wendi (John) Labbie, five grandchildren- Nicole (Daniel) Tupoumalohi, Courtney (Dima) Lupilin, Garrett Bagby, Matt (Daniella) Labbie and Mitch (Ana) Labbie, and four great-grandchildren – Mila, Makenna, Chase and Kaylee, plus one on the way.
