It's not clear whether the 80 foot height includes the state's mandated height bonuses of 2-3 additional stories (20-30 feet higher). Poll should be clear that 80 feet means maximum height, including state bonuses.
I would support the density at Hillsdale, Hayward Park is mostly built out and train service is not sufficient.
