High-visibility crosswalks, bike paths and other traffic safety enhancements are in the works for Woodside Road in Redwood City from Interstate 280 to Highway 101, and a community meeting is planned 6:30 p.m. Nov. 15.
The meeting is for the Redwood Oaks Neighborhood Association and will be a hybrid, meaning it could be in person at the Community Activities Building (Room 1), 1400 Roosevelt Ave., or by Zoom.
The repaving will take place in early 2024 and the community conversation is to discuss the improvements and determine the final design. There will be a series of pop-up events along Woodside Road and a community survey later this month, along with other meetings.
