Firefighters are at the scene of a structure fire Monday morning in Redwood City, where residents in nearby homes are being asked to evacuate immediately.
The blaze is at a building on the 2700 block of Middlefield Road, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office said in an alert shortly after 11 a.m.
Residents living nearby on Pacific and Calvin avenues should leave immediately, and deputies are on at the scene helping with the evacuation, the Sheriff's Office said.
No other information was available about the fire.
