Fraud. Someone was posing as a Homeland Security official over the phone and was requesting $2,000 on Old County Road, it was reported at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28.
Vandalism. A transient man smashed the front window of a pancake house with a piece of concrete on El Camino, it was reported at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21.
Arrest. An Antioch resident was arrested for violating a court order on Harbor Boulevard, it was reported at 11:31 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20.
