Police are looking for two suspects who committed two strong-armed purse robberies within a half-hour of each other Tuesday morning in South San Francisco, police said.
The first robbery occurred around 11:03 a.m. on the 100 block of Southwood Center, and the second happened around 11:35 a.m. on the 500 block of Commercial Avenue, police said.
In both robberies, two black males approached a lone woman and forcibly removed her purse, police said.
In one of the robberies, the woman suffered minor injuries when she was knocked to the ground and assaulted, police said.
In both robberies the suspects left in a black, four-door sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry, police said.

The suspects in the first robbery were described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and 20 to 25 years old.
In the second robbery the suspects were described as being between 14 and 18 years old. One suspect was 5 feet 5 inches tall and the other was 5 feet 9 inches tall, police said.
Police believe the same suspects committed both robberies.
