In admitting he helped cover up the 2016 murder of a Millbrae man and father of two, one of three suspects charged with the crime pleaded no contest to being an accessory to murder and agreed to testify at the September trial of his co-conspirators Friday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

As a part of the deal, Olivier Adella, 42, is facing a maximum sentence of three years in state prison, most of which could be fulfilled by his credit for time served. Adella has been in custody without bail since his May 2016 arrest, according to prosecutors.

3 nasty evil people, with no respect for decency or human life. To let one free in order to nab 2 chaps my hide, but isn't this how courts operate? To help and aid in a murder is not considered much of an offense in California
