Burlingame-based nonprofit Moms Against Poverty is hosting their annual Holiday Helping Hand Toy Drive & Gift Wrapping event to lessen the stress this season.
New, unwrapped toys for kids of all ages are being collected now through Sunday, Dec. 14, in Burlingame. There are three drop-off locations: The Moms Against Poverty headquarters on 851 Burlway Road, the Main Library and Easton Branch Library.
The main event will take place on the last day at Burlingame Recreation Center at 850 Burlingame Ave., where volunteers can come by noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 14 and help wrap the presents with special guest Santa.
