Cristian Morales
A man pleaded no contest to a lewd act and was immediately sentenced to 16 months state prison Monday for exposing himself to a 16-year-old girl on the pedestrian overcrossing at Monte Diablo Avenue in March, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.
The man, Cristian Morales, 35, a San Mateo transient, has a history of similar arrests and will have to register as a sex offender for life, according to prosecutors.
He has credit for time served and has a few months to go, according to prosecutors, but was facing four years in prison had he gone to trial.
