The San Mateo Unified High School District Board of Trustees will discuss results for the district's 2000-2001 Advanced Placement tests and results of last spring's California High School Exit Exams at its regular meeting Thursday night.
The board also is expected to approve field trip requests for the Mills High School music department to go to Honolulu for the Pacific Arts Group Hawaiian Music Festival, the Mills basketball team to go to the Capital City Classic in Juneau, Alaska, and for the Hillsdale High School wrestling team to attend the annual Sierra Nevada Wrestling Classic in Reno, Nev.
Trustees will hear a report on the district's Kids Learning Empathy and Respect program and discuss a program that would link Hillsdale High School staff to professors in Stanford University's education department for professional development.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Burlingame High School cafeteria, 400 Carolan Ave. in Burlingame.<
